1£®The radial free play of the axle to be¡Ü0.04mm,and the axial free play of the axle to
be ¡Ü0.01mm.The end part collapse of the seal ring should be smooth transition.
2£®The integration of the seal hole and press cover face to the axis of the rotary axle
shall be¡Ü0.1mm¡£
3£®The roughness of the surface of press cover that touch the stationary ring should
less than3.2. |

1£®Please keep the seal chamber clean during the seals are mounted.Applying some
clean lubricant on the surface that is in contact with the seals for smoothly
mounting,such as ,surface of rotary ring and stationary ring and auxiliary seal.
2£®When mounting stationary ring seat,please en sure stationary ring face and the
verticality of axis rotary shall be plumbed and note Prevent rotational groove of
stationary ring aim at the Prevent rotational pin,but can not touch.
3£®Please ensure rotational parts have enough length when mounting rotational
parts. Then check the relative dimension is right or not.
4£®Please check the unite axle and ensure to rotate freely after installation. If it is not
free, you must check fixing dimensions. |

1£®You must test steady press before using them.Please check the seals effect of
mechanical seal face¡¢seal ring and seals cover.Please settle them one by one if
you find the problem.
2£®The equipment shall be filled with medium before put into operation so as to avoid
the failure of the seals due to dry friction.¡£
3£®Before natural using ,please operate it at usual pressure and temperature make
the seals face is more evenness. |

| Note£ºCorresponding measure,such as obstructing,flashing,cooling,filtering,shall be taken when the temperature of feeding mediums is higher or lower or poison and the medium has impurity or granule. The pressure should be taken according to the standard of JB/T6629-93. |
